All Sephiria characters at a glance
Playable characters are selected as Costumes in Bunnyville. They are mechanical loadouts rather than ordinary skins: a Costume can change starting items, stats, MP, Dash behavior, inventory capacity, damage rules, or resource systems. Appearance variants only change presentation and are not counted among the 27 playable rulesets.

Eight default Costumes
The default roster already covers several useful starting styles. Pink Bunny is the simplest progression choice. Armored Rabbit trades health for defense, while Brown Rabbit exchanges some Critical Chance for Evasion. Braided Hair Rabbit favors movement and attack speed but slows Dash recovery.
Orange Rabbit supports debuff damage at a defensive cost. Red-Hooded Rabbit improves MP recovery while reducing the maximum pool. White Rabbit is a natural Special Attack starting point and appears in the Minigun video setup. Wing-Eared Rabbit starts with Blessing but lowers Weapon Damage.

For complete recommendations by combat role, use the Sephiria Costumes build guide. Builds that depend on a starting item or resource rule should always name the Costume.
Characters, NPCs, and appearance variants
Elru is a quest NPC, not a playable Costume. Her Hide-and-Seek route is covered in the Elru locations guide. Other story, village, boss, and companion characters should not be added to the playable count unless they appear in the current Costume selection interface.
Appearance variants are cosmetic versions of an existing Costume. They do not create another mechanical character and should not inflate the roster beyond 27.
